Beatrice Carolina reallizza pezzi in grès porcellanato che cuociono ad alta temperatura (1260°); questo permette al materiale di diventare estremamente resistente e meno poroso.

Ogni pezzo è diverso dall’altro; le sue imperfezioni lo rendono unico. 

“Mi piace pensare che se non si hanno dei fiori freschi per un vaso - e quindi non può soddisfare la funzione primaria da contenitore - questi possa comunque essere un oggetto su una mensola o sul tavolo quasi come se fosse lì il suo posto”.



Beatrice Carolina creates pieces in porcelain stoneware that cook at high temperatures (1260°); this allows the material to become extremely resistant and less porous.

Each piece is different from the other; its imperfections make it unique.

"I like to think that if you don't have flowers for a vase - and it cannot satisfy its primary function of container - the vase can still be a beautiful object on a shelf or on the table, almost as if it had its place there".
